Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your South Park Shop gear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
